Fuse Equestrian Show Team

Our claim to fame, the Fuse Equestrian Show Team, is an exciting opportunity for riders who are eager to enhance their skills, gain competitive experience, and represent our academy at local and regional dressage competitions. Below is an outline of the program designed to provide a structured, supportive, and enriching experience for our team members.

Enrollment Package

When riders join the Show Team, they will receive:

  • A custom Show Team jacket.

  • A branded Show Team shirt.

  • A Fuse Equestrian show team saddle pad.

 

Lesson Structure

  • Each rider will receive one private lesson with Katie or Veronica per week. These can be:

    • Conducted in person with Katie or Veronica.

    • Conducted remotely via video for flexibility.

  • Riders will be assigned one horse to work with consistently throughout the program. Team riders will have precedence with their designated horse in lessons and at shows (while understanding that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally require adjustments).

 

Show Schedule

  • The team will participate in numerous competitions throughout the season. Personalized show schedules will be tailored to each individual to accommodate goals set for the current year. 

  • Riders will gain valuable experience in:

    • Preparing for shows.

    • Competing in a supportive team environment.

    • Receiving feedback from judges to improve their skills.

  • Year end award opportunities both for our in house competition series and other regional and national programs.

 

Off-Season Clinics

  • To maintain momentum and skill-building during the off-season, the academy will host a monthly clinic. These clinics will:

    • Focus on specific areas of improvement.

    • Include guest instructors or targeted exercises.
